The Pirscher Gear Heated Vest is a functional thermal vest with a heating feature, providing excellent insulation. At the touch of a button, it delivers comfortable warmth and offers significantly more freedom of movement when shouldering than multiple thick layers under winter clothing.

The Pirscher Gear Heated Vest was designed as an electrically heated, insulating quilted vest. We also focused on a casual and modern design so it can be worn solo, without needing a jacket over it.

Vest Construction and Features

The Pirscher Gear Heated Vest is equipped with a dual heat function, providing both active and passive warmth.

The active heating has three levels, powered by a heating membrane covering a large area of the back. Using the separately available 5,000 mAh Pirscher Gear Power Bank (Art.No. 54330), the vest can provide up to 5 hours of heating. With the 10,000 mAh Power Bank (Art.No. 54331), it heats for up to 8.5 hours.

Passive warmth comes from the heat-reflective thermal coating on the inside of the back. Like an emergency blanket, the silver coating reflects the body’s infrared heat, preventing cooling.

Additionally, the torso is lined with a warm Feather Touch padding. The padding of this quilted vest is securely stitched into a durable Ripstop material. The advantage of Ripstop fabric is its durability; if snagged on a sharp branch in rough terrain, the Ripstop prevents small holes from tearing further.

To prevent cooling, the torso is also windproof and treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) coating, which protects against moisture penetration.

The smooth fabric surface allows an outer jacket to slide over it easily, ensuring freedom of movement and high comfort.

The Pirscher Gear Heated Vest has a sporty fit. The high collar is fleece-lined for comfort. The side panels are made from ultra-flexible Powerfleece, which is extremely stretchy for comfort and maintains an optimal body climate. The fleece is breathable and wicks moisture outwards.

The heated vest has a total of four pockets. Two outer side pockets with zippers and warm fleece lining provide storage for small hunting gear. The color-contrasted chest pocket also has a zipper. Additionally, the vest includes an inner pocket for the power bank.
