Sitka Gear has developed the Thunderhead jacket especially for the requirements of stalking in bad weather. The jacket combines the tightrope walk between a waterproof membrane and a silent outer material.

The jacket has a 100% windproof and waterproof Gore-Tex membrane with 3L laminate. DWR finish on the outer material. This means that rain simply rolls off. Even hours of rain and cold wind don’t stand a chance with this jacket.

You stay warm and dry under the breathable jacket. The outer material and inner lining of the jacket are roughened. This makes the surface structure softer and also much quieter .

The cut of the jacket is very body-hugging and close-fitting. The Sitka Gear Thunderhead jacket in Optifade Subalpine Camo has a 2-way zip. The rain jacket also has two slip pockets and a chest pocket with zip.

The hood and the cuffs of the jacket are adjustable. Material 100% polyester.
