The Pirscher Gear Silence Pro Jacket is our quietest hunting jacket. Since you are usually very active when stalking and sometimes in extremely rough terrain, we have not only placed great emphasis on silence, but also on high freedom of movement and breathability.

This is why the hunting jacket is based on a two-layer construction:

1: Layer: Bonded Polyster
The outer material consists of a roughened, soft-touch outer fabric (Bonded Polyster), which optimally absorbs noise and is extremely stretchy.

2.Layer: Material mix of sherpa fleece + reduced waffle grid fleece
The cuddly sherpa fleece on the inside provides cosy warmth and high wearing comfort. The chest area under the pockets is made of a thinner fleece with a specially laser-cut honeycomb structure (Reduced Waffle Grid). This makes the jacket less bulky and increases breathability.

The athletic cut is also designed for maximum stalking suitability: The streamlined sleeve design makes the sleeves narrower towards the bottom and offers less surface for snagging. Instead of adjustable cuffs, we have chosen flat, elastic inserts on the sleeves. They allow the sleeves to fit snugly yet comfortably.

The extended back and the width-adjustable jacket hem prevent annoying slipping, even during vigorous movement. This makes the overall fit perfect for active hunting.

Features of the Pirscher Gear Silence Pro jacket

When developing our stalking jacket, we deliberately decided against a hood . Because with a hood you often get caught on twigs and branches when stalking. Most of the time you wear a cap or camouflage mask when stalking anyway, so a hood would be rather annoying.

The stalking jacket is equipped with a total of seven pockets so that you have enough storage space for all the necessary hunting equipment. It has two roomy inside pockets, two push pockets, two chest pockets and a sleeve pocket, which is ideal for quick one-handed access to e.g. the call. All pockets on the outside are zipped so that nothing can fall out when stalking. To avoid any rattling, all zips are equipped with a slide-in tunnel in which the sliding handle of the zip can be silently fixed.

Optimum camouflage effect with OPTIMAX 2S

The OPTIMAX 2S camouflage pattern was developed in cooperation with the Taiwanese camouflage pattern specialist TECL-WOOD exclusively for Pirscher Gear. The colouring of the pattern is specially adapted to the Central European vegetation. The camo is suitable for use in forest, field or mountain areas.

The proportion of light elements in the camouflage pattern is optimised to create a high-contrast camouflage. It ensures that the hunter does not stand out as a dark spot from the background in low light conditions at dusk, but that his contours blend into the surroundings. The Optimax 2S camouflage pattern combines macro and micro elements and thus optimally refracts the hunter’s contours both at close and far range. This is why the camo achieves an excellent camouflage effect both when forest stalking at short distances and when mountain hunting at sometimes very long distances.
